Maestro Massimo Plum Cake Black is a classic Italian-style loaf cake from the Il Forno bakery line. Despite the name, this Italian-style loaf cake contains no plums. A soft, moist cocoa sponge is filled with smooth, creamy milk filling, which makes up 22% of the cake. It’s a rich chocolate-and-cream snack that stays soft and fresh.
Each pack holds ten individually wrapped cakes (45 g / 1.59 oz each), so there’s plenty to share and each piece is easy to take along. They suit a lunchbox, a coffee break, an afternoon snack or a family pantry. The recipe uses no hydrogenated fat.
