Maestro Massimo Plum Cake Milky is a classic Italian-style loaf cake from the Il Forno bakery line. Despite the name, this Italian-style loaf cake contains no plums. A light, golden sponge is filled with smooth, creamy milk filling, which makes up 22% of the cake. It’s a mild, soft treat that stays fresh.
