Maestro Massimo Nuvola Coffee is a soft, light “cloud” cake from the Il Forno bakery line (“nuvola” means cloud in Italian). A tender cocoa-coated cake is filled with smooth coffee cream and covered in a coffee topping. Every bite combines cocoa, coffee and cream, so it works as a cappuccino-style treat for coffee lovers.
Each pack holds six individually wrapped cakes (50 g each), so they stay fresh and are easy to take along. They go well with a morning coffee, a lunchbox, an afternoon snack or a dessert table. The recipe is trans fat free.
