Maestro Massimo Nuvola Coconut is a soft, light “cloud” cake from the Il Forno bakery line (“nuvola” means cloud in Italian). A tender cocoa sponge is filled with smooth milk cream and wrapped in a snowy coating of coconut pieces. The mix of cocoa cake, creamy center and coconut is sweet and soft.
