Maestro Massimo Nuvola White is a soft, light “cloud” cake from the Il Forno bakery line (“nuvola” means cloud in Italian). A tender sponge is generously filled with smooth milk cream, which makes up 16% of the product, and finished with a white coating and a fine chocolate-flavored drizzle. It’s a mild, creamy treat with a gentle milk flavor.

Each pack holds six individually wrapped cakes (50 g / 1.76 oz each), so they stay fresh and are easy to take along. They go well with a coffee break, a lunchbox, an afternoon snack or a dessert table. The recipe is trans fat free.
